About CN Premium Servers：

PandaFan - Cloud Roaming Service currently offers two types of servers:

Premium Servers (names beginning with CN) — may experience instability, please read carefully
Specifically optimized for the network environment in mainland China and intended only for users located in China. Uses premium data.
Standard Servers (US, JP, TW, etc.) — unaffected
Available globally for all users, including those in China. Uses standard data.

If you normally use standard servers, your service will not be affected.

What’s happening?

We are currently in a period of heightened network sensitivity. CN premium server operations are facing various forms of interference. The PandaFan technical team is actively seeking technical solutions to address this issue.

Although most premium servers remain stable and usable thanks to our ongoing efforts, we cannot predict whether the situation will remain stable or deteriorate.

During this period, we may temporarily disable SSLTide protocol access for premium servers, keeping only Hysteria2 (HY2) protocol access. The connection protocols for CN servers may also be adjusted at any time based on real conditions. Additionally, some premium servers may be temporarily unavailable in certain regions.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding of any inconvenience caused during this special period.

What should I do?

If you notice that CN servers are temporarily unavailable, we recommend switching to a standard server in another region and updating your server list, as the configuration may have changed.

How do I update my server list?

macOS / Windows Official Client
Open the client → go to Account → click Update Account / Service Info. If you are using a version prior to 2.1.2, please update your client. If you cannot update, please visit the “Download” page in the top-right corner of the website to install or replace with the full version.
Other Clients

When will the premium servers return to normal?

The current complex restrictions cannot be resolved purely through technical means, so future developments are unpredictable.

We plan to conduct further recovery attempts around mid-March.
